To light the charcoal, open the door and remove the cooking grate

 


Place a couple of starter sticks under the coal grate, and pour in the charcoal

 


The charcoal will be lit in about 10 minutes

 


Spread the coals any way you want them. Single zone or dual zone.

The cooking grate has large handles that don't get hot, so you can use it to serve the food, or to access the firebox

 

 
Our bladed skewers fit into the grill so you can do some shish kabob

The cooking area is larger than a typical portable grill and it's squared off giving you more usable space than a round grill
